We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a monthly pet rent of $50 per animal. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.
Our community offers gated access. Each resident receives a code or fob to enter the gate. Guests visiting Bachenheimer residents can be provided with a temporary code for entry.
We have a controlled-access parking garage at Bachenheimer.
Bachenheimer offers parking spaces for an additional $225 per month.
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.
Packages are delivered to the door of the residents apartment home.
We provide recycling services for our residents. Recycling is located in the trash area on the garage level.

Utilities are not included in the rent payment at Bachenheimer.
Upon move-in, residents will be automatically enrolled in the Foxen Property Damage Liability Waiver Program at $20 per month, which ensures you meet the $300,000 property liability coverage requirement in your lease. Please note, this is not personal property coverage; however, you can get a renter’s insurance policy to protect your belongings from your preferred provider. At Bachenheimer, one-time fees include a $600 security deposit & $64.50 for the application fee per applicant. Monthly fees include a $14 Resident Liability Program fee, a $36.65 trash fee, $2 for pest control, and a $50 pet rent fee.
Bachenheimer does accept Section 8.
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted as per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.

Even if you don't have a household pet, this step is required and helps us create a welcoming community for every resident.
